A parking spot is included with every booking free of charge. Our parking lot is located at the back of the building, you can reach it by going North on Broadview from Broadview & Queen and taking your first right into the laneway (at the end is our parking lot).
If you’re using public transport, take the subway (TTC) to Pape Station. From there, catch the 72 bus and get off at Queen St East at Broadview Ave. It’s just a short 5-minute walk to our hotel from there. For more detailed information on schedules and routes, visit the TTC website. You can also use Google Maps for step-by-step directions and real-time updates.
We offer full refunds for bookings canceled up to 7 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account any extenuating circumstances.

Unfortunately, our hotel is not wheelchair accessible as we only have stairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We provide complimentary Wi-Fi in all our units! The Wi-Fi name and password will be included in your booking confirmation email.
Our hotel is pet-friendly, and we charge a flat fee of $100 per pet.

We accept all forms of online payments. If you encounter any difficulties, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A $300 deposit is required for each booking. This deposit will be returned to you after your stay.
We do not offer airport shuttle services at this time. However, we’d be happy to assist you with arranging alternative transportation options if needed.
Our housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee to prioritize your privacy and convenience. If you’d like your room to be serviced, simply let us know, and we’ll arrange for housekeeping at a time that works best for you. We’re committed to offering a comfortable and flexible stay.
Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need special arrangements for early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
